QONFLO AI — USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

This page explains how you can delete your Qonflo AI account and the data associated with it. If you are an End User (for example: you received WhatsApp messages from a business that uses Qonflo AI), please contact that business directly. Qonflo AI generally processes End User data on behalf of our customers.

1) Delete your Qonflo AI account (self-service)

  1. Who can do this
    • Account owners / Admins (or anyone with permission to delete the account).
  2. Steps
    1. Log in to your Qonflo AI account.
    2. Go to Account Settings (or Settings → Account).
    3. Select Delete Account.
    4. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to confirm permanent deletion.
  3. What happens after you confirm deletion
    1. Your account deletion request is processed, and Qonflo AI will delete (or irreversibly anonymize) the data associated with your account from our active systems.
    2. Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.
    3. You should export/download any data you need before deleting your account (if export features are available on your plan).

2) What data is deleted

  • When you delete your Qonflo AI account, deletion typically includes (where applicable):
  1. Account profile information (name, email, user records)
  2. Workspace/organization configuration
  3. CRM records and contact lists you uploaded or created
  4. Conversation/message history stored in Qonflo AI
  5. Message templates, automations, tags, notes, pipelines, and settings
  6. Files/attachments stored in Qonflo AI (if any)
  7. Integration configuration and connected tokens (where applicable)

3) Data that may be retained (limited exceptions)

  • Even after account deletion, Qonflo AI may retain limited information only as necessary to:
  1. comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/accounting requirements),
  2. maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our terms, and/or
  3. maintain technical logs needed for system integrity.
  • Also:
  • Some deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten as part of normal backup cycles.

4) WhatsApp / Meta and other third-party services

  1. Deleting your Qonflo AI account deletes data stored within Qonflo AI systems, but it may not delete data that:
  1. is stored or controlled by Meta Platforms / WhatsApp, telecommunications providers, or other third parties, or
  2. exists on End Users’ devices (e.g., recipients’ phones), which Qonflo AI cannot control.
  • If you want to manage or remove assets on Meta (e.g., WhatsApp Business Account assets), you must do so through the relevant Meta/WhatsApp tools and settings.

5) Automatic deletion after inactive subscription (3 months)

  1. If your subscription becomes inactive (for example: expired, cancelled, or non-renewed) and remains inactive for 3 months, Qonflo AI may delete all Customer Data associated with your account.
  • Important notes:
  1. You are responsible for exporting any Customer Data you want to keep before this period ends.
  2. Qonflo AI may (but is not required to) send reminders before deletion.
  3. We may delete sooner where required for legal, security, or platform compliance reasons.

6) If you can’t access your account (manual request)

  1. If you cannot log in to delete your account through settings, you can request deletion by email:
  • Email: admin@qonflo.ai
  • Subject line: “Qonflo AI — Data Deletion Request”
  • Please include:
  1. the account email address,
  2. your workspace/company name (if applicable), and
  3. any details needed to verify you are authorized to request deletion.
  • For security, we may ask for additional verification before processing your request.
